What is the best time of year to dive in Hurghada?

April to June and September to November give the best combination: warm water (26-28 degrees C), good visibility, and it's not the peak summer heat on land. July and August are still diveable but very hot topside. Winter (December-February) has cooler water - a 5mm wetsuit is worth packing then.
