When you book a trip or contact us we collect your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, and booking details (trip, date, participants). If you complete a dive profile we also store equipment sizes, certification numbers, hotel pickup details, and any medical notes you choose to share. Changes you make to your dive profile are kept in a time-stamped edit history attached to your booking.
We automatically receive standard technical data such as your IP address, browser language (used to show the site in your language), and cookies needed for the site to function.
Your data is used exclusively to: process and confirm your bookings, send booking confirmations and invoices by email and WhatsApp, share necessary trip details with the operator delivering your service, respond to your requests, and — only if you subscribed — send occasional offers.
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
Card payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g. Stripe). Your full card number never touches our servers — we only receive a payment confirmation and transaction reference.
To deliver your booked service we share your name, group size, trip date, and pickup details with the specific PADI-certified operator running your trip. Operators are contractually required to use this data only for your booking.
Booking records are kept for accounting and legal purposes. You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and marketing data at any time by emailing sales@support.egyptxdiving.com. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe option.
