More About This Trip
Sidemount diving mounts your tanks on the sides of your body rather than on your back, giving greater flexibility, improved buoyancy control and easier access to your equipment. It's the standard for cave and wreck penetration and increasingly loved by recreational divers for its comfort and streamlined performance. Over two to three days and three dives you learn sidemount configuration, entering and exiting the water, trim and buoyancy, gas management across two independent tanks, and problem-solving. Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Diver; minimum age 15. Price is €290 plus the €80 PADI certification fee.
